PVC pipe and its manufacturing

PVC pipes have been in use for more than 80 years, serving a wide range of applications in a wide range of market sectors all over the world. PVC foot valve manufactures ensures that the pipes that they produce are extremely sturdy and durable, with perfect corrosion resistance and little chance of succumbing to thermal expansion or contraction when compared to metal piping. These pipes are both affordable and durable, and they come in a variety of diameters with a variety of fittings. Depending on the kind of PVC version, they may be used for both warm and cold water applications, for which there are many PVC ball valve manufactures in India.

PVC ball valve manufactures produce pipes which are made by extruding PVC as a raw material, and they usually follow the same procedures as standard pipe extrusion operations:

Raw material pellets/powder are fed into the PVC twin screw extruder.

Multiple extruder zones are melting and heating.

Extruding material through a die to form a pipe

The shaped pipe is cooled.

PVC pipes are cut to the required length.

Despite having a manufacturing process comparable to that of most plastic piping, PVC pipes have inherent properties that present significant hurdles to pipe makers in terms of both production and market positioning.
